Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thermomix purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please ensure all components and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the Thermomix and all included accessories back into its original box to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
